Cadman Robb Kiker, Jr. earned both a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Piedmont College and J.D., cum laude, from Atlanta Law School in 1987. He was also admitted to the practice of law in the trial courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of the State of Georgia in the same year. Subsequently, He was granted admission to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in 1994 and the Supreme Court of the United States in 1996. Robb practiced as an associate, partner and managing partner with Adams, Ellard and Frankum, P.C. between 1987 and 2006. He maintained a solo practice from 2006 to 2011 before serving with the firm of Carr and Kiker from 2011 to 2014. Robb brings more than 25 years of trial experience when representing parties in general and complex litigation.  In addition, he served as a county attorney for Habersham County for 17 years and is currently in his 7th year as counsel for Towns County.  Past appointments include counsel for Piedmont College, Habersham Electric Membership Corporation, Community Bank and Trust and various governmental boards and authorities.

In 2009, Robb returned to military duty by direct commission as a Captain in the Georgia State Defense Force.  His primary duty is as Assistant Judge Advocate with a secondary as a member of opposing combat (insurgent) force for Pre-deployment Training and Exercise at Ft. Stewart, Georgia 2010-2011.  His awards include: Medal of Merit for action during tornado storms in Barnesville, Georgia-2011; Achievement Ribbon 3rd Class for meritorious conduct in representation of Georgia State Defense Force soldiers of 1st Battalion 1st Brigade-2010; Volunteer Service Award for 100 hour sustained service with Oak Leaf Cluster-2011; State Active Duty Award with Oak Leaf Cluster for active duty 2010-2011; and Honor Graduate for Direct Commission Leadership Course-2010.
